Mustard seeds & Fall leaves

This Saturday was the birthday of another friend, and she had a really fun reunion at her house. Considering the very cooold and windy weather, (we don't have snow here, but for us it's almost freezing), this is what I wore. Mustard seems to be a big color right now, and I was actually going to wear another jacket, when looking through my mom's closet I found this little treasure! Also, I looove the necklace because my mom got it in Singapore, years before I was even born, so it's very special.

El sábado pasado fue el cumpleaños de otra amiga, e hizo una reunión muy divertida en su casa. Considerando el frío invernal y los vientos que están soplando por acá, decidí ponerme esto. El color mostaza está bastante de moda, y de hecho me iba a poner otra chaqueta, pero mientras registraba el closet de mi mamá encontre este tesoro! El collar es muy especial porque mi mamá lo compró en Singapore, hace añales. Para finalizar me gusta mucho la idea de capris + flats, creo que da un aire retro que me gusta.

• The sound ice makes when it hits glass.
• El sonido del hielo cuando choca con vidrio.
• The cold wind that travels through our mountains and gently lands on my face. (Especially now when temperatures have reached 16°C).
• El frio viento que viaja por nuestras montañas y llega a mi cara. (Especialmente ahora que la temperatura ha llegado a 16°C).
• Admire the Ávila.
• Admirar la majestuosidad del Ávila. 
• Driving by the Ávila.
• Manejar cerca del Ávila.
• Playing with my kitten.
• Jugar con mi gatito.
• Dancing!!
• Bailar !!

Things that made my week (last week):

• Going to the eye doctor and knowing I'm not any blinder. Yaay for my eyes!!
• Ir al oftalmólogo y saber que no estoy más ciega. Bien por mis ojos! Wuut wuut!
• Waiting forever for the eye doctor and having a todler pass by and smile at me.
• Estar esperando eternamente al oftalmólogo, y que pase una niñita y me sonría. 

Awkwardness galore:

• Realize that your phone accidentally called a guy friend, who is not really that much of a friend but rather an acquaintance, at 3 am, and then seeing on your phone info that he answered!
• Doubt of the week: Seeing that the call lasted for 2 minutes! What was he talking about and to whom? Because I didn't even know about that call...
• Que se dispare el celular y descubrir que a las 3am, accidentalmente llamaste a un amigo, que ni siquiera es tan amigo, y que haya contestado! 
• Duda de la semana: Ver que la llamada duró 2 minutos! Osea con quien habló y de que, porque yo ni enterada de la llamada...
