When can we open the new Regato cheese?

A: When we eat the other 5 types of cheese we bought.

So what does cheese have to do with these two photos? Well, when we travel to Panama we buy cheese to stock our fridge just because we (dad) really like(s) cheese.

When travelling to Panama, we always like to go to the Causeway. The best time to visit is at night, when the heat is bearable and the sun is setting. The Causeway, which connects three islands, was built using rocks that were dug out to construct the Panama Canal. 5 years ago it was a site known only by the locals now it’s teeming with bike-riding tourists.

A new museum, designed by Frank Ghery and dedicated to marine biodiversity (yay!), is being built. We shall be the first ones to visit!
